4-Week Strength: Full Body Workouts with Weights
Our 4-Week Strength program with weights is designed to increase muscle and strength in 3 main core lifts: Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. A variety of auxiliary exercises are also included in each workout to target specific muscle groups. This program is performed 3 times per week for a 4 week time period.
