4-Week Speed: Increase Acceleration and Explosiveness

Our Acceleration and Explosiveness program is designed to increase quickness and shorts bursts of speed. Acceleration and explosiveness is key to increasing your 40 yard dash time, and also directly correlates to quickness and the ability to burst on the football field! This program includes a variety of different short sprint exercises and jumps. This program is performed 2 times per week for a 4 week time period.
