4-Week Speed: Increase Your 40-Yard Dash
Our 40 Yard Dash program is designed to increase straight line speed and improve running form while eliminating wasted movements. Increasing your 40 Yard Dash is crucial when performing tests at football camps, as well as increasing your overall speed on the football field! This program includes a variety of different short sprint exercises and jumps. This program is performed 2 times per week for a 4 week time period.
