DMCA Copyright Policy
CBLK LLC, doing business as The Athletic Academy (“The Athletic Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond to properly submitted notifications alleging copyright infringement involving material available on or through the Site.
As used in these Terms, the “Site” includes athleticacademydynasty.com, athdynasty.com, any website powered by or created by The Athletic Academy, our recruiting platforms, and any related services.
NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that copyrighted material is being infringed on or through the Site, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing substantially all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by one notification, a representative list of those works.

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material, including the specific URL of the page on which it appears.

Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact the complaining party, such as a name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is the copyright owner or is authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Upon receiving a substantially compliant notification, we may remove or disable access to the material identified in the notification. We may also notify the user who submitted or posted the affected material.
Please be aware that anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are uncertain whether the material is infringing, you should consider consulting an attorney before submitting a notification.
COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to the designated DMCA agent identified above. A valid counter-notification must contain substantially all of the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and telephone number.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which CBLK LLC may be found.

A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notification or that person’s agent.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the party who submitted the original notification. Unless the original complaining party informs us that it has filed an action seeking a court order concerning the material, we may restore the removed material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, at our discretion and as permitted by law.
REPEAT INFRINGERS
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to suspend or terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights. We may also remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material at any time and without prior notice when we determine that doing so is appropriate.
Submitting a DMCA notification or counter-notification does not guarantee any particular action or outcome. We reserve the right to request additional information, disregard submissions that do not substantially comply with applicable legal requirements, and take any other action permitted by law.
